Privacy policy

Effective August 11, 2026. Hearth Apps (“Hearth,” “we,” “us”) provides local-first personal tools at hearthapps.org.

What we collect

Your app data is stored in your browser by default. When you create an account, Hearth uses Supabase to store account and synchronization data. Payments are processed by Stripe; Hearth does not receive or store full card numbers. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect aggregate website and product activity to help us understand use of Hearth and measure advertising. We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in and sync, payment information to grant lifetime access, and measurement to improve Hearth and understand advertising performance. We do not send your notes, tasks, memories, Ledger records, or feedback content to advertising platforms.

Your choices

You can export locally stored data, delete local data, or request account-data assistance. You can use core local features offline. Use the Feedback form for privacy requests.

Service providers

Supabase provides authentication and sync. Stripe provides payment processing. Google Analytics and Meta provide aggregate website and advertising measurement. Their processing is governed by their respective policies.

We will post material updates on this page and update the effective date.
